Thomas v. Calhoun County Jail

On February 26, 2026, Jamal Thomas, a pretrial detainee at Calhoun County Jail in Michigan, filed a federal lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs.
