The Hunter's Prey

In the war-ravaged capital of Yan, after King Zhao's bloody purge of the usurper Zizhi's faction, a series of ritualistic murders targets those who betrayed Zizhi to save their own lives. Inspector Shi Yi, a disillusioned officer of the Yan judiciary, volunteers to masquerade as a surviving turncoat to lure the killer into the open. As he descends into the shadow world of former loyalists, the line between predator and prey blurs, and he finds himself drawn to the assassin's brutal sense of justice.
