There, he inadvertently witnesses a live assassination broadcast by the Wraiths, a stateless league of killers who silence loose ends for a global financial crime syndicate. Marked for elimination, Luka flees through the rain-slick underbelly of Atrium City, pursued by ghosts both digital and corporeal. Guided by a disgraced hacktivist and a morally fractured federal agent, he uncovers a sprawling nexus of laundered billions, corrupted institutions, and sacrificed scapegoats—the forgotten souls whose lives were dismantled to keep a ledger clean. As the law closes in but never quite grasps the entire truth, Luka must navigate a gray space where survival erodes innocence, and every choice lies beyond the reach of simple justice.
