Blood Tithe

In the rust-belt town of Millbrook, elderly recluse Elias Thorne survives on disability checks and bitter memories. After a brutal home invasion leaves him bleeding on his linoleum floor, the police offer empty sympathy but no follow-up. Realising that pity without action is mere hypocrisy, Elias transforms his decaying Victorian house into a macabre trap-labyrinth. When the same gang returns for more, they find not a frail target but a geometric hell of household implements—nails, bleach, fishing wire, and a century-old cast-iron stove. This is not revenge; it is a forensic sermon on the cost of institutional neglect.
